During that time there is a strange illness running in the village, people died and the doctor obviously have no idea what's going on (it wouldn't be mysterious otherwise :p)
Still when someone looks like that there's no way you can lie to her husband saying she'll get better, nooo way.
And there come the strange couple living in the mansion. They look rather scary right?
And this is their daughter who happens to be a fan of the novellist priest of the village, creeping him out in passing.
I really loved their conversation, him talking to her like she was a little child and her trying to get him to acknoledge her.
There comes main guy again, claiming he doesn't want nor need any friend since his goal is to get out of the city. He's freeloading at his "friend"s place now, no good.
Said friend who seem to be in a dangerous situation since he encountered another strange being, the son of the mysterious family
